With the continuous development of the economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards, the demand for energy has increased. How to improve the economy and environmental protection of energy utilization and ensure the security of energy supply is a common concern in the international community.
Located in the southernmost part of China, Hainan province is rich in renewable energy resources such as water, heat, wind and light, and has been operating as a free trade port since January 2025, visa-free for citizens of several countries. In order to promote scientific research, technological development and industry-university-research integration in the field of power and energy in Hainan Province, it is planned to hold the 2025 International Conference on Power System and Renewable Energy in Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, Hainan from November 26 to 28, 2025, which is organized by Sanya Global Energy Research Institute, technical sponsored by IEEE PES, Hainan Institute of Zhejiang University, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Northeast Electric Power University, supported by IEEE PELS Chengdu Chapter, Journal of Global Energy Interconnection, Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), Energy Conversion and Economics, media supported by Smart Power & Energy Security, Power System Protection and Control, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, Cyber-Physical Energy Systems, Electric Power Automation Equipment, Distributed Energy, MDPI-energies, Smart Power Research Group, SPRG, bjx.com.cn, MDPI-Electricity, New Energy Intelligent Manufacturing and Applications Professional Committee of CERS, Solarbe. 1) Oner will be selected as the Best Paper by the conference committee;

2. Best Student Paper Award
1) First author must be a currently enrolled student;
2) The paper must be registered;
3) The author must attend and present the paper orally;
4) Two student papers will be selected based on quality and presentation.
3. Young Scientist Award
1) Candidates must be under the age of 40 by October 20, 2025, and hold a PhD degree;
2) Submit up to 2 representative publications and a full CV;
3) CV should include research area, key contributions, impact factor and citations if applicable;
4) This award recognizes promising young researchers with outstanding potential.
4. Outstanding Reviewer Award
1) Nominees are selected based on review quality, academic level, and efficiency;
2) This award honors reviewers who made exceptional contributions to the peer review process.
5. Outstanding Contribution Award
1) Nominated by the Organizing Committee;
2) Recognizes individuals or teams with outstanding contributions to the preparation, coordination, or organization of the conference;
3) The award expresses appreciation for significant support to the conference’s success.
